A wager is considered confirmed and final once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Members cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming.
In the event that odds, lines, or other bet-related information are published in error due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), AWSBet reserves the right to void all bets placed at the eroneous odds and refund stakes to the relevant Member accounts. AWSBet's determination as to what constitutes a palpable error is final.
AWSBet reserves the right to void any market — including those on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, or any other sport — where a match has been abandoned, postponed, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct. Settlement rules for specific sports are published separately under each sport's betting rules section.
Maximum single-bet and cumulative daily payout limits apply per sport and market type. These limits are published on the relevant betting markets and are subject to change at AWSBet's discretion. Where a winning calculation would exceed the published maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the applicable limit.
AWSBet periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback programmes, and loyalty incentives to its Members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer:
Members who are found to have participated in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, may have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited without prior notice.
AWSBet operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in MYR.
